- Bigini modtager udstillerliste fra arrangør, vi udarbejder halplan, tidsplan, udsender tilkøbslister til udstillere.
- Vi følger op på opgaverne i forhold til udstillere, arrangør og udstillingshal.
- Vi opbygger, servicerer udstillere op til messen.
- Vi demonterer og rydder op efter os.
Bigini stĂĄr for projektstyring af jeres udstilling
eller vi supplerer, hvor I ønsker det.
Arbejdsgangen kan være som følger:
INDIVIDUELLE STANDE:
Bigini løfter hele opgaven: design, produktion,
kontakt til messehaller, opbygning, nedbrydning,
transport – kort sagt projektstyring af jeres
udstilling.
Eller vi tager os af dele af projektet – alt efter
jeres oplæg / ønsker.
- FULL VENUE HANDLING
- Bigini receives a list of exhibitiors from the organizers, we work out a venue plan, time schedule and send out order forms for the exhibitors.
- We follow up on and coordinate tasks with exhibitors, organizers and venue.
- We build up the exhibition and provide services for exhibitors during the show.
- We dismantle and clean up the venue.
